We are looking for a production worker to join our team, specializing in the production of models and molds for precast concrete elements such as stairs, platforms, balconies, and galleries – both straight and round. The ideal candidate should have strong woodworking experience, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. The person hired for this position will be responsible for constructing wooden elements from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.

We are looking for a production worker to join our team, specializing in the production of models and molds for precast concrete elements such as stairs, platforms, balconies, and galleries – both straight and round. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in woodworking and the ability to work in a team environment. The person in this role will be responsible for building wooden elements from beginning to end, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.
Wat wij bieden
A salary between €15.50 and €16.00 per hour, depending on experience, in accordance with the collective labor agreement.
Additional holiday hours and 8.33% holiday pay.
Monday to Friday work schedule, with set working hours.
Comfortable accommodation in the northern Netherlands and a company car for daily commuting. We also arrange Dutch health insurance if necessary.
Wat wij vragen
Experience as a production worker, particularly in woodworking, models, and molds for precast concrete elements such as stairs, platforms, balconies, and galleries – both straight and round.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with good orientation and reflexes in work.
Communicative knowledge of English.
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to long-term employment.
Over het bedrijf
Our company specializes in the production of models and molds for precast concrete elements such as stairs, platforms, balconies, and galleries – both straight and round. We employ approximately 28 people and have modern production facilities. We also operate a 5-axis CNC machine, which we have been using since November 2017. This technology allows us to create complex models and parts with high precision.
