As a Production Employee at Caretex, you become a vital part of the laundry process that ensures hospitality, leisure, and business clients across the Netherlands receive the highest quality linens. On a typical day, you’ll begin your shift by preparing towels for the machines—this could include separating, inspecting, and sometimes attaching elastics for optimal processing. As the towels move through the industrial washers and dryers, you will monitor the process, troubleshoot minor issues, and keep the workflow moving smoothly. After washing, you’ll help guide the towels through rolling machines, perform quality checks, and organize finished products for shipment to our clients. Collaboration is key, as you’ll coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
