What will you be doing?
A job or assignment is only successfully completed when the vacancy at our client’s end has been filled. As a key figure, you’ll be involved in job applications from A to Z. You’ll process vacancies, write attractive (English) vacancy texts and publish them on various sites. You are – again, in English – in contact with mediators in various countries and will conduct interviews with applicants; by phone, but preferably through video calls. Our candidates are from various countries within Europe, such as Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Croatia and Spain.
No or too few suitable applicants? In the current candidate market, you enjoy the challenge of finding them. To do this, you’ll make use of social media, marketing activities and various other recruitment channels. You work closely with the personnel planner, so that together you can fill these vacancies. Made the perfect match? Naturally, this also involves correct administrative processing, taking into account such things as complete BSN and ID details, insurances, contracts and accommodations. Finally, you’ll be on call for about thirteen weekends a year, during which you’ll have to be reachable by phone.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure that all parties are satisfied with Abiant EU Service and you’ll strive for strong working relationships, both with clients and with job applicants and temporary workers.
You’re a born organiser and a connector. You have a hands-on attitude and think in terms of opportunities and possibilities. We’re also looking for a team player with a healthy sense of responsibility and a sense of humour.
Furthermore, you have:
- a professional, higher-educational background;
- the ability to write catchy vacancy texts
- knowledge of social media (channels), especially Facebook
- excellent command of the English language (if your English is excellent but your Dutch is limited, we would also like to hear from you)
The following is considered a plus:
- experience in a similar position or in the temporary employment sector
- knowledge of the industries in which Abiant EU Service is active
