Working Foreman

As a Working Foreman, you are an important link on the construction site. You make sure the work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to plan.

Your working day typically starts with a cup of coffee and a short meeting at the office. Together with your colleagues, you then travel to the project location. No two days are the same, as you’ll work on a wide range of construction projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting your team on the construction site.
• Organizing the daily activities and making sure the work progresses smoothly.
• Working on the construction or renovation of barns, storage buildings and residential properties.
• Coordinating with the work planner and site manager.
• Communicating with suppliers and other parties involved in the project.
• Carrying out various practical construction tasks when needed.
• Keeping an eye on quality, safety and progress throughout the project.
• Helping your colleagues and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
