Over de functie
As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in the smooth operation of our advanced production facilities. You are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions, ensuring the installations work reliably and efficiently. Your input is crucial for maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Your day starts with a team briefing, aligning on ongoing projects, priorities, and any urgent technical issues. Your tasks include: identifying faults, performing repairs, conducting mechanical assembly and alignments, and handling revisions. You’ll also work on electrical installations, motors, PLCs, and sensors. You document your work thoroughly and proactively suggest improvements for process optimization and workplace safety. Your collaboration with operations, planning, and external experts ensures that every challenge is met quickly and professionally. - Full-time position in a modern, 3-shift operation;
- Excellent salary ranging from €2,800 to €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience, in accordance with the Poultry CAO

Wat wij vragen
- MBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical discipline;
- Experience as a maintenance technician in a production environment;
- Knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics;
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities;
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills;
- Able to work effectively under pressure and with attention to detail;
- Good command of English;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and participate in on-call rotations.
