Over de functie
As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our production equipment. You ensure that mechanical and electrical breakdowns are resolved quickly and safely, helping to maintain a reliable production process.
Your day starts with a short team meeting to discuss priorities, ongoing maintenance, and any technical challenges. After that, you'll work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults;
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Repairing, modifying, and replacing machine components;
- Contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability;
- Supporting safety initiatives and ensuring equipment complies with company standards;
- Working closely with operators, fellow technicians, and external contractors.
This is a varied position where your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills make a real difference every day.

- Full-time position in a dynamic 3-shift environment;
- Gross salary between €2,800 and €4,800 per month depending on experience, according to the Poultry CAO;

Wat wij vragen
- MBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical discipline;
- Experience as a technician in an industrial environment;
- Knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics;
- Strong communication skills and a team player;
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work well under pressure and a keen eye for detail;
- Good command of English;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and participate in on-call rotations.
